In Armenia a new restaurant opens
every week. Most are different from each other and some
of them are quite eccentric. From the side, it looks like
a contest for most bizarre and unusual restaurant of Yerevan.
Fierce competition forced restaurant owners to come up with
some intricate designs and ways of attracting new customers.
Food is great too, so it is not just the fancy buildings.
Below are just few examples and we will add more in the
near future.
Monte Cristo restaurant in
Razdan gorge. It is full of people and live music.
Full dinner for 4 and 2 bottles
of Stoli will cost you around $100 in Monte Cristo.
Cafe Girk, which
means book in Armenian located on Abovian Street.
The design of
cafe Girk is very interesting and nice. Our cudos to the
designer.
Restaurant and
hotel Nor Dzoraberd is in the front of Razdan stadium.
The backyard
of Urartu restaurant. It is possibly the best place for
the barbeque.
Deauville restaurant on Bagramian
street is nice, but food is average.
Typical Armenian barbeque and
kabob carryout place on Proshian Street.
The sample of "veterok",
or restaurant outside of the city. Fresh food from local
farmers.
